01 / Arrival

Access begins mid-afternoon

Reception operates continuously; rooms do not. The 2:00 to 3:00 PM window marks the point at which housekeeping has cleared the last unit in your category, and carries no deeper meaning. Present a photo ID matching the reservation, the confirmation, and a card against which an incidental hold can be taken.

Arriving before the window carries no penalty. Where nothing is ready, leave luggage at reception and return later — storage is free and available at practically every property.

Required at the desk

  • Government photo identification
  • Booking reference or its email
  • Payment card accepting a hold
  • Written record of any request
02 / Departure

Rooms fall due before noon

Departure is normally set at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. A one or two hour extension is frequently granted without charge when occupancy is low, and the timing of the request is decisive: ask on the previous evening, once the following day's numbers are known, rather than during the morning itself.

Returning the key does not end access to storage. Luggage can be left again immediately, so a late flight and a midday departure present no conflict.

Final checks

  • Safe, bathroom hook, back of door
  • Review the folio before settling
  • Return every key card issued
  • Confirm when the hold is released
03 / Policies

Six rules, in order of expense

Quiet hours

Approximately 10 PM to 7 AM. Corridors carry sound considerably further than the room implies, so late calls belong in the lobby.

No smoking

The most expensive rule to break. Smoking or vaping in a non-smoking room triggers a fixed deep-cleaning charge.

Occupancy

Each room states a maximum. An additional guest is usually accepted for a supplement, provided it is declared at booking.

Pets

Permitted only where stated, generally on designated floors and for a nightly fee. Confirm in advance of travel.

Safety

Read the evacuation notice once, keep corridors clear of luggage, and never obstruct a smoke detector.

Extras

Minibar, parking, dining and laundry post to the room and settle at departure rather than at point of use.

04 / Categories

What each name guarantees

Single

One bed / one guest

One single bed and the smallest footprint on the floor. Efficient for one traveller staying a single night.

Double

One bed / two guests

A single larger shared bed. The most widely stocked category, and therefore the easiest to secure at short notice.

Twin

Two beds / two guests

Two separate single beds, frequently listed alongside doubles. Confirm which configuration the booking names.

Deluxe

Upgraded / two guests

Additional space, a higher floor, or a superior view. Ask which of the three the label refers to here.

Suite

Two rooms / two guests

A bedroom with a separate living area, which earns its premium when the room must also function as an office.

Family

Flexible / three to five

Configured for three to five guests. Establish whether the additional sleeping place is a bed or a fold-out.

05 / Booking

Checklist before payment

  • Compare the total, not the rate Taxes, city levies, resort fees and parking can raise a final figure by a fifth.
  • Record the cancellation cut-off Note the exact date, hour and time zone at which free cancellation ends.
  • Confirm the bed configuration Twin and double frequently share a listing; obtain confirmation in writing.
  • Check the property's own site Direct rates are often lower, and direct reservations are simpler to amend.
  • Attach requests to the reservation High floor, quiet aspect, cot, accessible bathroom, late arrival time.
  • Retain an offline copy A screenshot of the reference and street address survives a lost connection.
06 / FAQ

Questions received daily

Can the room be released early?

Only when a cleaned room in the same category is already vacant, which makes early access a courtesy rather than a right. Request it at booking and confirm on the morning of arrival.

Is photo ID checked?

In virtually every case. Reception compares a government photo ID against the name on the reservation before issuing a key.

What is the pending amount on the card?

An authorisation rather than a charge, covering extras such as parking or room service. It is released after departure, though the bank may take a few days.

Is late departure charged?

An hour or two is often free, particularly midweek. Longer usually attracts a fee, while luggage storage after departure stays free in either case.

Privacy Policy

This page states what happens to information when you visit this site. In short: we publish a reference, we sell no rooms, and we ask for no personal details.

What we collect

Nothing you type. There are no accounts, no contact forms and no newsletter, so there is nothing for you to submit.

Collected automatically

As on any website, the host records standard technical data each time a page is served:

It maintains availability, indicates which sections are read, and assists in diagnosing errors. It is not used to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and analytics

The reference sets no cookies of its own and functions with scripts disabled. Where an analytics tool is enabled, it is configured for aggregate reporting only. Cookies may be blocked or deleted at any time without loss of access.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade visitor data. Technical data may be processed by our hosting provider purely to deliver the site. External links are governed by the destination's own policy.

Your choices

Depending on jurisdiction you may request details of data held, a copy of it, or its deletion. As no accounts or contact records exist, such requests concern server logs alone, which are retained briefly and then discarded.

Changes

Revisions appear on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
